Return - step by step
1. Pack the item and stick the return label on the package
Put the items in the package and stick the enclosed return label on the outside of the package.
2. Submitting a return
You can hand in the package to DHL parcel shops and packing stations. Please keep the return receipt issued until we confirm your return. Find return locations near you.
3. Refund received
If you see in the tracking that we have received your return, please give us up to 14 days to check and credit it.
